Hey Rich,
setting the correct config file is part of the connection setup. You can edit every connection by right clicking on its tile on the home screen and selecting "Edit Connection". Switch to the "System Profile" tab and change the "Configuration File" setting to your real location. This value is set to a default that is usual for a certain server installation (from a template). In cases where you install the server in a separate folder you have to update the settings manually.
