You can only change the fonts that are availble in the preferences. Everything else uses the system font size (or is hardcoded like the homescreen).
For image in the forums: yes you can include images, but it's made not easy by the forum admins. You have to upload the image somewhere (not imgur, as this is not accepted, IIRC, but pasteall.org works). Use BBCode to include the image:
