I have the same problem,

On my system, I have
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistribuable (x86) 14.0.23506

The workbench Installer (x64) notify me Evaluating launch conditions
MySQL Workbench requires the Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package to be installed.

I tried to install the MSI downloaded and with MySQl Installer with the same issue.

I'm on windows 10 Entreprise Insider Preview build 15002_rs_prerelease.170102-1700
