Thanks for the reply.

Talked with a colleague and he mentioned that a new version had come out 3.3.9

Downloaded it and did a test with this version, and it works as expected. Both when generating the SQL and using the synchronization model option.

So the bug reports can be closed, with referring to this version.

Guess I was just unlucky and a new version came out right after I downloaded it. Though with this in mind, it might be an idea to have the "check for update" function run automatically when you start the software (and just have an option to disable it if you dont want the software to do this).
