Hey, I can confirm this is a bug in your software. It's always under schema privileges and always crashes with the same blue screen error. No other application does this on my machine, my video drivers are up to date, and I just reinstalled windows 10 a few days ago.
I can assure you, this is a mysql workbench bug. There's nothing relevant in the logs, the application doesn't technically crash or throw an error, windows just blue screens and resets.
workbench version: 6.3.9 build 10690321 CE (64bits)
