Same issue for me - blue screen crash in Workbench 6.3.9 (64-bit) CE on Windows 10. Never happened prior to updating to 6.3.9. Happens on local or any other host. Occurs with various actions on a schema, not just adjusting privileges. It can be a select statement, alter statement, etc. Logged in as root.
