Result Grid Row height

I just upgraded from 6.3.5 to 6.3.9 on Windows 10 and noticed that the rows on the result grid are much shorter than they used to be. This causes the bottom of some letters (y,g,p,q) to not be displayed. Is this intended behavior or a bug? I checked the change logs and saw no mention of this. I've tried adjusting font and text size in the result grid but it still had the same issue.

Enabling 'Wrap Cell Contents' button seems to increase the row height slightly for single line rows, but then once this is disabled again rows are still taller than they initially were (until you scroll, then you end up with a mix of taller and shorter rows).

Possibly unrelated issue also, but scrolling through the Result Grid also seems to be much slower than it was in 6.3.5.

I downgraded to 6.3.8 and can confirm that none of these issues are present.
