I fixed this.
I turned off windows modules installer worker long time ago, becouse I had problems with CPU load by this servise. Some of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable can't be settuped properly without windows modules installer worker. My Visual C++ Redistributables were corrupted. I turn on windows modules installer worker and reinstall all. Now works fine
