first of all it would be good to clarify which exact functionality you're trying to use.
In generall you're talking about SSL but you mention Putty and AWS which towards me to SSH. Those two are very different things.
What’s good is that the answer is yes, for using either SSL keys (should be certificates) and SSH keys inside WB. With just minor additional modification for SSH putty keys, which has to be converted into OpenSSH format.
