"shell>" just refers the terminal (Linux) or cmd line (Windows) prompt, it doesn't mean the MySQL Shell product.

Otherwise it's unclear what you're unclear about. It's a simple 2-step, (i) unzip the zip file, eg with rar or winrar, (ii) import it to mysql with the indicated command or using the source command in the mysql client program.
