Hi, thanks for the reply.
I doubt it has to do with a timeout. It happens very unpredictably in between perfectly normal fast connections, and any time it does happen, the Workbench reports a very short query time. It actually hangs before it sends out the query.
I will do my best to write a bug report, and hopefully something can come from there. It is severely affecting my developing right now.
