There are no concrete plans for implementing such a feature (though ideas exist). So far a visual query builder was seldomly requested. Your request is the first one in years.

In fact a visual query builder is pretty limited and probably useful only for simple things. More often than not you end up modifying the generated query anyway. Even if it makes for a steeper learning curve, I strongly believe that DB developers should invest the time to learn that language called SQL thorougly. It will pay off at the end.
