Re: Generated column NOT NULL

Curiouser and curiouser. When the column has been created without 'NOT NULL' due to the aforementioned WB bug and then accessing the actual server, changing that column to 'NOT NUL'L then similarly fails. The SQL code that WB generates to alter the table does NOT include the 'NOT NULL' constraint.

I have tried this repeatedly but the result is always the same, WB will NOT write SQL that sets a generated column to 'NOT NULL', whether that is during a model sync or is being attempted on the server itself.

The 'get around' is to edit the SQL that WB creates and add the 'NOT NULL' where it should be and the column is then created/altered correctly and actually is set as 'NOT NULL'.

Since MySQL Server is happy with this, again it confirms this as another WB bug.
