I love the way you handle Problems.
I have VSutdio Enterprise (latest Version) on that machine.
What do you think which runtime I have?
In all other cases: Why the installer isn't checking the runtime Lib?
The installer should check the prerequisites and install them.
Same problem on EF3 which isn't working since 8.17
It's a shame (sorry!)
