Thanks for the attempt.
Unfortunately, access and modification to these table entries are required when moving a system to a new server. I was able to perform the exact same procedure recently when moving a system, albeit with a MSSQL db. I was hoping it would be as seamless with a mysql db. I'm assuming the version could possibly be an issue, however, since it is embedded in the installation routine if chosen, installing a newer version isn't possible.
