What do Windows event logs say about your crash?
There are installation issues (X Plugin, SSL) that need to be addressed.
Does the mysql error log show any entries in response to the script?
Does my.ini have a a tmpdir setting?
Is the connection to a local o remote mysql instance?
When you run that script in the mysql client program, is there any problem?
