Load Data doesn't have such an option. Don't know how NaviCat works around that, and it's not open source.

A possibility would be to script it such that it inserts to a temp table then does Insert Ignore or Insert On Duplicate Key to the target table---but that convenience would lose the Load Data speed advantage.

IOW I think there's not a possibility of bulk-speed updates.
