This is what i am inputting.
LOAD DATA INFILE'C:\\ProgramData\\MySQL\\MySQL Server 8.0\\Uploads\\capopeducationalattainment.csv'
INTO TABLE educational_attainment
FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
ENCLOSED BY '"'
LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'
IGNORE 1 LINES;
I also put in LOCAL.
