Forgot root password

Hello everyone,
I installed MySQL in 2018, and then didn't use it until now. Today, i need to use it again, but i can't remember the root password.
I watched some tutorials to reset my password, but it didn't work for me.
Can i speak with someone to help me reset the root password ?
