Again, WB cannot connect to another application; it can only connect to a MySQL server that your machine can see, so you're going to need a value that WB can understand for "hostname" in https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-mysql-connections-remote-management.html.

If it's me, I ask the Qlik Sense Cloud people if they support this.
