Consider posting representative examples.

In my.cnf, set secure_file_priv = the exact path to your desired import/export folder, then restart MySQL.
For reasons I've never understood, MySQL on a Mac comes without my.cnf. Brainless. To create my.cnf, open a connection in WorkBench, select 'Options File' under 'Instance' in the menu; WB will look for my.cnf and if it's not found will offer to create it.
