Data won't encrypt
Hello
I've been working with MySQL Community 8 for about four months now, and through a lot of trial and error I've been able to figure out most things, but I can't get my data to encrypt. I've verified the keyring plugin is installed and active, all tables in the databases are listed as encrypted, and I have default-table-encryption and table-encryption-privilege-check set to yes. However, when I dump a database as well as view data in MySQL Workbench, nothing is encrypted. Does anyone know what I'm missing? Should I create my a custom tablespace and then add my databases to that?
