I found the log file, and the message before it ended prematurely in 2min is

10:34:18 [ERR][ GRTDispatcher]: exception in grt execute_task, continuing: Exception: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
10:34:18 [ERR][ GRTDispatcher]: worker: task 'Search' has failed with error:.Lost connection to MySQL server during query

I went and increased all DBMS related timeouts and Migration Connection Timeout to 10+min, exited WB and relogin, but still did not help.
