Workbench update query unresponsive
The mind boggles. All of a sudden Mysql Workbench (8.0) does not update even the simples of queries. Eg. my table create statement is :
CREATE TABLE `test1` (
`date` date DEFAULT NULL,
`Date1` date DEFAULT NULL,
`Date2` date DEFAULT NULL,
`Value` int DEFAULT NULL,
`OrgVal` int DEFAULT NULL
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci;
The following query has no effect - only one line is displayed all with NULL values:
update test
set Test_col1 = 'Test';
select * from test
No warning messages - just no result.
