If you are referring to a sample Farmers Market database, you will need to download the SQL dump/file separately and then import it into MySQL.

In MySQL Workbench, you can usually import it through Server -> Data Import, select the SQL file, choose or create the target schema, and start the import.

If you can share where you downloaded the Farmers Market database from, or provide the link/name of the database, someone here can guide you through the exact steps.
