How can I save chat transcript in my Goo2o store?
I have my Goo2o technologies pvt. ltd powered online store. They have provided me with a live chat feature. All the conversations that i do my customers, i need a transcript of it. The thing is this transcript will help me in remembering lots of issues that i have discussed with them. Is there anyone who can help me with the steps involved in saving a chat transcript?
