Corrupt tables - Any way to restore without backup

Hello,
Something went wrong with our database, and the backup failure notifications have no been going out. So there is no way to restore to any point that is current enough.

The schema contains tables that display this error:
ccollabdb.defectcustom_compat check Error Incorrect information in file: './ccollabdb/defect.frm'
ccollabdb.defectcustom_compat check error Corrupt

There are quite a few of these tables that seem to be corrupt. Repairing doesn't work.
Is there any way to try and restore these tables, or at least get information out of them and reinsert into a blank table?

Thanks
