is there any possibility to commit transaction during mysql recovery

Hello dears,
If I have configured mysql replication by semi-sync with after_sync, after master syncs the binary to disk, but before receipt received from slave, the master exited by accident such as power failure or hardware issue. under this situation, if master restarts, is there any chance that the uncommitted transaction commit?
