Recovery of RAW data files

Hi All,

We had a phpBB running on FreeBSD using MySQL (I don't know the version) and we had the hard drive crash and had to send the drive out to be repaired sector by sector. The directory structure was not able to be restored but some of the raw data files were salvaged. Before proceeding (and spending a lot on hard drive recovery) I want to make sure we can get this data imported or restored back into the MySQL DB. The old server is dead so i have installed MySQL 5 on Server 2003. The data files are named like:

._RAM LDAP Navigation.oracle
._RAM LDAP Navigation.sql
._RAM Operating System Lik.oracle
._RAM Operating System Like.sql

I can't seem to find anything for these .sql and .oracle files and how to get the data imported\restored back in. Can anyone provide any insight?
