i have got a problem and i believe only you can solve this problem.

i have got a server machine which is using Red Hat 5,3 OS and software for us written with PHP and mysql database. i only use the software ,i cant access the server, so i cant backupin the machine in mysql. only software company give backups in a directory, they says that is all backup of mysql. but i didnt recover that. these files are ;

data.text
htdocs.main
htdocs.mht
mysql.main
mysql.mht
notdata.txt
notmain.txt
notmht.txt
web.mht

what is this backup? and which tool used for backup? and how can i recover, i see the inside?
