Recovering InnoDB

First off just wanna say sorry if this has been posted before, I couldn't find anything relating to my question.

I have an old install of Xampp on one of my drives, which I no longer can boot into windows with it. So on my new drive I installed Xampp again and copied over all my databases from the old drive. But none of the tables are showing up.
I never had this problem with MyISAM but the new db structure for the project I'm working with switched to InnoDB, and it seems you can't simply copy over the db files and have it up and working.

So my question is, am I screwed or is there a way to get these files working again?

Thanks in advance.
