I got InnoDB corruption, how to fix it?

Hi all,

I use MySQL version 6.1.53 and receive continuosly following error during reading data from a local installed mySQL db:

"InnoDB: Database page corruption on disk or a failed InnoDB: file read of page 20 015."

I rebooted my PC, and I could get access to my database, but after some hours the same problem appeared but in another page.

Any help or idea, what would it be?
