InnoDB corrupted by ransomware attack

Since the ibd file is remain untouched, I believe all data should still be there
But the problem is the DB schema and the table structure file (.frm) was encrypted.
I would like to know if there is anyway for me to extract the data in ibd back out or to generate the frm file back from ibd file?
