Missing db-entries

HI,
I run an apache server on windows 10 and had a table 'repertoire" with about 10 fields. I had introduced about 400 data sets a while ago.
When introducing a new data set, the computer crashed. OK sometimes, that happens. But when I got back to my table, the last about 370 entries where missing! Phpmyadmin showsw the first 36 entries, stating that there are 405 (i have an autoincrement for the id field). However, there are only 36 entries left.
How could this happen? I am an amateur user and cannot imagine what happened. The information stored in the table should not be touched when the computer crashed, I can imagine that somehow the data set I´m actually working on could be erased, but the ones I'm not even touching at this moment?
Could this be the result of some hacking or what else?

thank you in advance
