Hi there!

I'm facing with the exact same thing. Both source / destination servers are 8.0.16 for Linux on x86_64 (MySQL Community Server - GPL). Table DDL are the same (charset UTF-8, row format is dynamic).

When doing "alter table db.table import tablespace", I receive
Schema mismatch (Column db_col1 precise type mismatch.).

It occurs on DECIMAL and DATE types, while other types seem to be working.

Any idea?
