How to change "deleted flag" 0 to 1 from MyIsam Table

I researched about recovering of deleted data from MyIsam when binlog is off. According to my research it is not possible. However there are tools to make recovery Just from MYD file. If data is deleted it is flaged as deleted,my idea is If I can find and replace or delete this value, I can restore it. However, when I open MYD file in notepad ++, some data is meaningful, others are "ENQ", "NULL", "STQ", etc ..
