Yes, I do have a backup, but only for this table. For the rest the last date of the db is 16/7/2020. From then onward, db was migrated to new server, and thus the data is in the new db server.

I can drop this new db, and restore again from the old db, but then there would be other tables that have missing data from 17/7/2020 till date. And as you said, I would have to restore this missing data with many other steps which is painful and time consuming.

Unless I take a backup of those tables and then restore it separately after I re-do the restore of the entire db. I believe this is the last best option in this situation.
