Restore old mysql database

Hello everyone,

I had to reinstall XAMPP and unfortunately lost the mysql databases. I managed to restore the old folder "Applications/XAMPP/xamppes/var/mysql" from my backup in form of .ibd and .frm files.

I thought to copy these files into the folder "nfs://", but I can't because the system tells me that I don't have access permission.

I have two questions:
1. how do I get the access rights for "nfs://"?
2. once I have obtained the access rights, is it enough to insert the old .ibd and .frm files in the folder "nfs://" to restore the mysql database?
3. Any other ideas on how to restore my old mysql database?

Many thanks!
