I still receive the same errors as my last reply.
After retrying the discard/import tablespace option, and viewing the error log, I found the message "File size 96586432728 is not a multiple of the page size 16384". I checked the file size of that, and several other ibd files, and found that every one was exactly 216 bytes larger than a multiple of 16384.
