Re: Problems installing MySQL++ wrapper for C++ language
Hi there,
I'm also having troubles installing the mySQL++ libraries to use within Visual C++. I've downloaded the latest mySQL++ 2.2.1 and unziped it to a directory. I placed the library paths into the project to be included, but i get 1000+ errors/warnings when I just try to include mysql++.h let alone use it :S
After reading this read I realise I obviously haven't done everything correctly, and was wondering if anyone has a step by step (or anything...) guide to installing mysql++ under Windows XP, for use in Visual C++. I'm also pretty new with Visual C++ (usually code under a unix command line) so a little extra detail in the areas would be great.
Thanks for any help,
Michael.
