I've used dynamic library, not static one.
I've built INSTALL project in mysqlcppconn solution, so it installed corresponding files to the /MySQL/connectorCPP in program files.
Preprocessor definitions are equal for both configurations.

PS. I've solved this problem by using libmysql instead of connector - I had to write much more code but there was no problem with building.
