I solve the problem.
I compiled mysql connector c++ soruce code in visual C++ 2010 usng cmake.
Then, I use the mysqlcppconn.dll,lib or mysqlcppconn-static.lib which are built result of the compile on visual C++ 2010 platform.
Both dynamic and static mode work. :)
