Hi Ererz,

For 1.1.8:

From docs:
"MySQL Connector/C++ Community requires the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 to work on Windows platforms; install it before installing MySQL Connector/C++ Community."

So, you should use Visual Studio 2013!

Also, test using release build.
