I just tested on another machine which has both VS2015 and VS2017 (Community) installed, and the result is the same. I used "Visual Studio 14 2015" and "Visual Studio 15 2017" generators, accordingly. Both failed the same way.
Does any of these work for you? Maybe some additional parameter is needed to enable is_same in the compiler?
Alternatively, I'd be grateful if you could provide me with a generated sln/vcxproj set so I can compile under VS2017. Thanks!
