need connector for cross-platform apps
I've got some old apps using flat DBs and want to convert them to use mysql DBs but the apps are cross-platform (windows/linux) and I haven't been able to find a truely cross-platform connector. There are plenty out there that do linux and windows with different code bases but I need something I can put in my code and have it compile on windows and linux without any changes. I know I could write my own wrapper and link them differently but I'd like to know if something already exists that I could use.
