Cannot compile mysql++

Hey there everyone,

I've been fighting with the mysql++ compilation for almost 3 days now and I still cannot figure it out... I read the readmes and another thread on this forum on how to get the makemake.bat to work without giving an error.

Now I can make the makefiles only when I give the make install command either in the main dir or in the examples dir I get errors like:

Fatal makefile 13: No terminator specified for in-line file operator (in main folder)

or

Error makefile 31: Command syntax error
Error makefile 34: Command syntax error
Error makefile 36: Command syntax error
Error makefile 46: Command syntax error
Error makefile 47: Command syntax error
Error makefile 89: Command syntax error
Error makefile 91: Command syntax error
Error makefile 92: Command syntax error
Error makefile 94: Command syntax error
Error makefile 96: Command syntax error

(in the examples dir)

I did have to modify the make files prior to the makemake vc command since the mysql folder was installed somewhere in Program Files.

Does anyone have any clue what is going on?
