Hi,
My attempt to install MySQL Server 5.7.19 x64 on a new Windows 10 laptop is failing without any reason or error that I can see. Are there any additional logs I can check or other things I can try?

Installing using mysql-installer-web-community-5.7.19.0.msi
Install progress in the installer reaches 89% then rolls back and reports failure.

"Show Details" reports:
...
1: Key: \Software\MySQL AB\MySQL Server 5.7, Name: installed, Value: #1
1: Action 11:09:55: ExecSecureObjects.
1: Action 11:09:55: Rollback. Rolling back action:
1: ExecSecureObjects
...

"Copy Log to Clipboard" at end of installer gives some extra details, but not a reason for rollback:
...
DoStep
Position: 360383580
Key: \Software\MySQL AB\MySQL Server 5.7, Name: installed, Value: #1
DoStep
Action 11:09:55: ExecSecureObjects.
Action 11:09:55: Rollback. Rolling back action:
Min: 0 Max: 473
ExecSecureObjects
DoStep
Position: -1
Position: -2
Writing system registry values
DoStep
...

Any ideas?
