MySQL Upgrade fails with No valid Download found for product
Hi everyone, I hope that this has been posted in the correct location, apologies if not.
I am trying to update MySQL for a colleague. I have downloaded MySQL-installer-community-5.7.20.0.msi from
https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/5.7.html
The installer realises that they are running an older version (MySQL Server 5.6.37 and MySQL Workbench 6.3.8) but errors in the upgrade (Other parts complete such as the Connector and notifier).
The error states the following
1: Download of package 'MySQL Server 5.6.37' failed with message No valid download found for product MySQL Server 5.6.37
2: Download of package 'MySQL Workbench 6.38' failed with message No valid download found for product MySQL Workbench 6.3.8
I have searched through the forums and cannot find any posts relating to this error message, please advise.
