mysql 5.7.36 silent install

I used msiexec command -->msiexec /a "mysql-5.5.61-64.msi" targetdir=c:\test1244 /qn it worked.

If I use the same command
msiexec /a "mysql-installer-commercial-5.7.36.0.msi" targetdir=c:\msql5736 /qn
it not worked. Is there anything changed from 5.7 ?

I would like to export the folder in msi, and would like to install.

One more question is :
MySQLInstallerConsole.exe provides command-line functionality that is similar to MySQL Installer.

How can we download MySQLInstallerConsole.exe ?
