I have the same problem on a windows 7 and SBS 2003 server. I have tried several solutions deleting folders and registry keys after the server was uninstalled, but still having the same error. Most of the topics related with this ussue are talking about previous instances of old installations or root password error,but I already deleted (directories, keys, installers) everything and still same error. Pleae help!!!.
